Why the 12-pin cartridge again?

At Level 4 the 12-pin returns — not for depth alone, but for precision. Acne scars and stretch marks involve fibrotic tissue that must be mechanically disrupted. The 12-pin's concentrated needles penetrate scar tissue deeply and precisely. The 36-pin cannot achieve the depth or concentration required to remodel fibrotic collagen. Different tool, different job.

The goal at Level 4 isn't just stimulating collagen — it's breaking down disorganized fibrotic collagen in scar tissue and replacing it with organized new collagen. Why up to 2.0 mm?
