Why the Nano Cartridge?

The nano pin stays entirely in the epidermis — it never reaches the dermis. That means it does not trigger collagen induction, but it creates thousands of microscopic, temporary channels in the outermost layer of the skin. These invisible pathways can enhance the penetration of compatible serums and skin boosters compared with topical application alone. Infusion, not stimulation, is the job.

Why Ronas Stem Cell?

Level 1 is a hydration and nourishment protocol. Ronas Stem Cell Solution delivers plant stem cell technology directly into freshly opened nano channels — supporting skin renewal and radiance without any actives that could irritate a just-treated barrier. The serum matches the goal: infusion, not stimulation.

Why 0.15–0.25 mm?

This shallow range keeps penetration entirely within the epidermis — deep enough to open absorption channels, not deep enough to reach the collagen-producing fibroblasts in the dermis. Going deeper with a nano cartridge doesn't increase results. It only increases risk.

Why weekly?

The nano cartridge heals within hours — not weeks — because it never reaches the dermis. There's no collagen cycle to protect and no deep tissue to recover. Weekly sessions are safe because the epidermis fully resets before the next treatment.

Every decision in this protocol has a specific biological reason. Here's why Level 1 is built the way it is.

Cartridge: Nano Pin

Depth: 0.15 – 0.25 mm

  • Forehead: 0.25 mm

  • Around Eyes: 0.15–0.25 mm

  • Nose: 0.15–0.25 mm

  • Cheeks: 0.25 mm

  • Around Lips: 0.15–0.25 mm

  • Chin: 0.25 mm

  • Neck: 0.25 mm

Speed: 2

3 passes per area

- vertical, horizontal, diagonal or circular

Stop if skin becomes overly red or irritated

Weekly

Nano channels close quickly and should not be viewed as a substitute for collagen-induction microneedling.

*Fitzpatrick IV-VI users should consider more conservative depths due to increased PIH risk.

💧 Glide Requirement (All Levels):

Always use a hydrating slip serum to minimize friction and protect the skin barrier during microneedling. Hyaluronic acid-based formulas are ideal—options like Stayve Medisco Hyaluronic Acid and Hyaron provide excellent glide and hydration support.

🚫 Avoid during microneedling:

  • Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid)

  • Retinoids

  • Acids (AHA/BHA/PHA)

  • Fragrance

  • Essential oils

LEVEL 1 • INFUSE - Monthly Schedule

LEVEL 1: INFUSE  → 8-WEEK SCHEDULE:

If following the 8-Week Microneedling Schedule, it is recommended to pause

Vitamin C and Tretinoin during the treatment and recovery period.

THE SKIN DEEP METHOD™

The Recovery System

Your skin doesn't improve during the treatment — it improves during the healing phase. What you do in the 7 days after your session determines how much of your result you actually keep.

LEVEL 1 • INFUSE - Aftercare

PHASE 1

Hydrate
DAY 0
Treatment day — flood skin with hydration immediately after. HA serums only. No actives.

PHASE 2

Repair

DAY 1
Barrier repair begins — gentle cleanse with Cetaphil, layer hydrating serums, no exfoliants.

PHASE 3

Heal

DAY 2-4
Allow active healing — ceramides seal moisture, no retinol or vitamin C, minimal routine.

PHASE 4

Barrier

DAY 4-5
Rebuild the skin barrier — ceramide-rich products, SPF every day without exception.

PHASE 5

Resume

DAY 6-7
Return to normal routine gradually — introduce actives slowly, SPF remains non-negotiable.
